Refund policy

We want you to love your Scubalooks purchase. But if you change your mind, here’s how returns and refunds work:

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order, no explanation needed.
To do so, send an email to Jenniferjoergensen@icloud.com with your order number.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

5. Faulty Items

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
