Refund policy

We want you to love your Scubalooks purchase. But if you change your mind, here’s how returns and refunds work:

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order, no explanation needed. You must send the item back within 14 days of telling us you withdraw.

To withdraw, use the cancel option in your account, email us at contact@scubalooks.dk with your order number, or use our standard withdrawal form.


2. Returns

Beyond the legal 14-day withdrawal right, we offer 30 days from delivery to return.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused and with tags attached. You're welcome to try them on, just as you would in a shop.

Denmark: returns are free. A return label is included in your parcel.

Outside Denmark: a return fee of 50 DKK is deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please return to:

4. Refund Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
  • For withdrawals made within the legal 14-day period, we also refund the original standard shipping cost you paid.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

6. Faulty Items

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at contact@scubalooks.dk and we'll make it right. Under Danish law you have a 2-year right of complaint (reklamationsret) on faults.
