If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return your order — beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
Denmark: Returns are free. A prepaid label is included in your parcel — simply place the item back in the packaging along with the return slip, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest pakkeboks.
Other EU countries: You can return your parcel with a carrier of your choice, or email us and we'll send you a return label. A return fee of 50 DKK is deducted from your refund — unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case the return is free.

Items must be returned unused and with tags attached. You're welcome to try them on, just as you would in a shop. Once your return is received, we'll refund to your original payment method.
We currently ship within Europe.
At the moment, we’re unable to ship to Cyprus, Finland, Greece, the Portuguese Islands, or the Spanish Balearic Islands due to high shipping costs.
Shipping outside the EU will be available soon.
